No one knows what's going on in these departments so so sad

recently I had cause to return a product I was entirely unsatisfied with (HP 36330 printer, the tricolor cartridge ran out after printing only 6 photos) Your return policy states that if I'm not satisfied with the product I am entitled to an exchange or a refund ; However I found that your "sales assistant " was completely unhelpful treating me like a child and using a condescending demeanor that I found extremely offensive. He seemed to go out of his way to be unhelpful in solving my problem
I thought that the printer was malfunctioning in some way Printing only 6 or 7 photos
Your sales assistant and I use the word "assistant" with much trepidation was unprofessional and is giving your company a bad name
In conclusion I found my shopping experience far from pleasurable. I don't know the name of the assistant but he was tall and thinnish
