I wanted to share my experience with Ulurulighting to provide a more balanced perspective. In 2024, I purchased five products for my salon, including one customized product. Their return policy clearly states that customized items cannot be returned, so I made sure to review it before purchasing. When I asked them to adjust some details of the custom item, they were very accommodating and made the changes as per my request.



The other products I bought is great condition. The lights are beautiful and have added a special touch to my space. I've had no issues with the quality of the items, and my overall experience with their customer service has been positive.
