I will never ever go through this branch for any real estate needs. Ever. They forced me to sign forms which were blank and illegal but accept no responsibility for it. They allow landlords to act unethically and abuse the tenants lack of real estate knowledge or experience. They will not maintain a property or adhere to Consumer Affairs policies but when it comes to what they want, they are greedy and relentless. The best decision I made was to move. The best decision you can make is to look for another real estate agency.
