That would be a zero if possible. My son had cold/covid symptoms on Friday so did the right thing and stayed home from school. Because of VCE attendance requirements, needed a certificate. Could not get an appointment on Friday. Clinic screening about covid symptoms stated he needed to do a telehealth for first available appointment on Saturday evening. Doctor then sent through a "Patient declaration" certificate saying my son "is stating he was unable to study ... due to a medical condition but was not seen by any doctor in this clinic." Reception staff said because he was not seen on Friday could not backdate certificate, but he still had mild symptoms on Saturday when did telehealth. Since when do you have to attend on first day of illness to get whole period covered by certificate? Especially when you can't get an appointment and when told by clinic not to attend in person so illness can be properly assessed. Very unhappy with implication my son fabricated his illness when our whole family has had it.

I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the receptionist that I had to deal with today 21-6-19 at 6.30 pm from this Preston medial and dental clinic. Her name was Margaret. Extremely rude and unhelpful, I was extremely polite and patient, I knew from the tone of her voice that she had no interest in being there, let alone helping me or anyone else.
I managed to get her name before she hung the phone on me for the second time, whilst I am calling from overseas and in desperate need of her help and assistance, as I have had an accident overseas and awaiting surgery, I was calling to talk to someone or get an email, and contact of someone that could help me, pass on some private information needed for my insurance company, that will allow me to confirm my surgery.
All I can say is that I will take this matter further, as I believe that anyone in this field, whether a receptionist or doctor, should be more compassionate and understanding, and actually HELP and CARE about us patients.
