High Street Music

I used high street music for a guitar repair after a nasty damage from an international flight over. And some general bits and pieces for banjo

The owner and his shop assistants were happy to explain the process in great detail and offer me a really reasonable price for the work they undertook, even to the point of doing the readjustment of the truss rod and chucked a new set of strings on at no extra cost, we even had a little jam in the shop.

Not only are they a professional outfit with a good range of string instruments for a small shop, but they have a great attitude to musicians and people interested in even just having a look around whilst waiting to be seen. They offer lessons for a variety of instruments which they cater for with freelance musicians, although I didn't need to use this service

A great selection of some quite obscure items for stringed instruments, a fantastic atmosphere and an excellent appreciation for music and musicians alike
