Philippines Call Centre Based

From the call centre based in the Philippines to the order update notifications, everything about this experience has been a struggle. The order processing is extremely slow, and even after paying for courier charges, the transport is taking over two weeks with no end in sight.



In this day and age of efficient tracking, their system just isn't good enough. Do not have any expectations that your goods will arrive on time, or that you will be updated on the progress in a timely fashion.



My advice? Have low expectations and order what you need at least a month prior to when you actually need it. If you do that, you might be happy with the non-existent service they provide. It has been nearly four weeks since I placed my order, and I am still waiting.

Ordered last minute supplies for Uni and they arrived overnight and customised

Not many stores would pull this level of service off.

Wrong products delivered

Wrong products delivered and no working phone no to vontact

Twice I have received the wrong products from medshop . I have ordered the correct product but when opened they are incorrect. I can’t complain as there is no working listed phone no for medshop . I will purchase my medical supplies from elsewhere in future.
