Our printer shut down whilst printing my Daughters Assessment. A quick trip to Officeworks Hoxton Park just before closing was a last ditch effort to resolve our dilemma.



Emily from the Print & Copy Team was amazing. We couldn't connect WiFi so she delved into her own iPhone to help Hotspot my Daughters iMac so she could download the GoogleDoc, email it and then print it.



Thank you Emily for selflessly giving up 15 minutes of your lunch to help me and my little girl de-stress.
