Sleeptime

I purchased an adjustable bed with Sleeptime a few weeks ago. I now sleep throughout the whole night and waking up feeling refreshed every day. The sales rep was very informative and had a world of knowledge to help me decide on which product was best for my needs. Delivery was fast and the customer service from Sleeptime has been top level. I now recommend Sleeptime to all my friends and family.

I purchased the adjustable caravan bed from the Batemans bay caravan show, The salesman was great, full of knowledge didn't pressure us to buy like some companies do.

The bed is comfortable, and has helped reduce my sleep apnoea so the wife doesnt threaten me to sleep in the swag anymore.

Great product, great customer service.

I brought this bed over a year ago and it is the best i have ever owned, I wake up pain free and love the massage, The aftersales service was Fantastic and went out of there way to help me. have told all my friends and family about this bed.

The staff is dishonest and disgraceful.

They guy named Scott is rude and dishonest and disgraceful. He claimed that he is “higher up”. That he has the power to ignored what’s been promised by the sales staff.

How ridiculous?!!!

You should deliver what’s been promised!



The sales lady promised the refund, then said refund will be proceed within one day. Then said will be proceed “today” again and again. However no refund received.

They lie and trick you to grab payment.

Their mattress is bad quality, these people are dishonest and unethical.



This company is a scam. When I buy the bed I was advised if I change my mind simple give a call and they will process a full refund immediately.



I called to cancel within a day, the sales then says the office will contact me to proceed with the refund. However, no one from the office ever contacted me about the order, after days and days of chasing them they only respond to say that the refund becomes a cancellation fee.

What a joke!!! Completely unprofessional and dishonest business.
