Customer service is dismal and staff are very rude.

Dont expect to get your products delivered on time either.

I was quite impressed with the huge variety of Barbecue products and equipment offered by the Barbecue Store. They have a variety of barbecues to cater for all your outdoor needs. I was particularly impressed with the vast variety of charcoal barbecues with built in skewers, and electrical spinning roast racks. The Barbecue store also has various gas barbecues with multiple burners. I bought my first charcoal barbecue which I found quite useful for making homemade restaurant quality lamb, chicken, and beef shish kebabs at the fraction of the cost as your regular kebab restaurants. I also discovered that the Barbecue Store has greater variety and quality products, when it comes to charcoal barbecues than your local Bunnings Warehouse.
