I called Trim Temp Air based on a recommendation from a family friend who also used the company. From the moment we contacted the office through to the completion of the new 7kw split system we were most impressed with the organisation of a relatively small job. From the lady in the office through to the sales manager we found them very polite and organisation was very good. The installers sat us down at the end of the process to make sure we understood how the system worked through to filter cleaning and general maintenance.

Avoid like the plague. We had them install a ducted system. The unit itself was faulty and kept tripping its circuit breaker. Then on several occasions the maintenance crew failed to show, then they failed to fix it. Finally they passed the problem to the manufacturer who eventually replaced it. Now two years later after all this time wondering why our house isn't really cool inside on hot days even with all three zones going full bore, I am informed by another company that the ducting wasnt installed properly in the first place and I have been losing 30% of the cooling capacity into the roof. He showed me photos to back what he said. Find another supplier. Run from these guys.

Terrible service. New ac installed and broke down two weeks later. Had to wait 5 weeks in summer for them to find the time to come out and fix. Complained several times and only got attitude over the phone. Avoid them at all costs.
