      Disgusting - theres no 0 otherwise it was a 0

      The worst customer service you could ever receive. The Zipscreens were installed but not even, was promised to that new ones were ordered. Booked the installer again 1 month after persistent calls, never showed up. Heading to Dept of Fair Trading

      Topping up 10% GST on the advertised price

      The sales representative / business manager I spoke with is claiming to add 10% GST on top of their advertised price for plantation shutter...this is DECEIVING...their advertised price MUST include 10% GST.

      Very bad service and their installation work is even worse. I have been chasing them for months to install a screen window, and finally they came but the work they did was so disappointing, the most upset thing is they scratched my windows and the frames.

      Exceptionally poor service. I've been waiting for months for them to fix a problem with a shutter install. Twice they have stuffed it up and do you think they would even call to tell me whats going on, no they do nothing!
      I wouldn't go near them
