The Party Superstore

If I could put no stars I would!!! I picked up my balloons at 10:30 and it is currently 4:30 and the balloon is on the ground absolutely deflated. My event is at 5pm, I am absolutely disgusted. And not only that but the way Vishal and the team handled the issue when I called them is beyond me. He yelled at me on the phone and ended up hanging up on me, instead of trying to help his customer. I started talking in a respectful manner until I became very frustrated because he was speaking to me in such a disgusting way. The way he handled his customer service is ridiculous and instead of trying to talk with the customer about the issue he hung up on. He has blamed me for why the balloon is on the ground when it’s been sitting in a room and not touched, but all of a sudden he has our money and now the issue isn’t his problem. DONT GO HERE, they just take ur money and don’t care about ur balloons.

Party superstore has been of a great help in organising our daugther's 1st birthday and we can proudly say that this people are doing really fabulous job. Our Unicorn party theme was one of the best out come. Thanks to them for making it memorable.
