Storage King Pymble

I started off my rental at this facility with high hopes. Things went well for a while but unfortunately recently (due to ?new owners) things have gone downhill fast. They now allow permanent prime undercover carspace rental, without notifying other tenants such as myself, and my concerns about loss of parking spaces were met with a hostile, negative and patronising attitude by head office. Most staff at the facility are pleasant and do their best but are let down by a management that in my experience seems intent on maximising income at the expense of customer service and fostering a relationship with long term tenants. This is such a shame as we had been looking forward to a long term ongoing relationship. Alas this does not now seem feasible. When I add on the fact that the site does not have 24hr access, no free access to power outlets, no customer kitchen facilities or even piped music, all of which I was prepared to overlook at first, it has been an overall disappointing exercise.
