Absolutely crap. Promise everything, deliver nothing but excuses. We booked and paid for their services to provide transport from Sydney airport to the cruise ship terminal for 10.00 am and they said they sent a car but we werent there and took off without us at about 09.40.
The same happened on the return. When we phoned they said go to pancakes on the rocks, driver will be there in 5 mins. So we lug our baggage up the hill and wait. Nothing happens, ring them get put on hold for 10 mins then get told driver was there waiting and took off again without us. First they said will send another car but one didnt show up. Rang again and they said none available make your own way to the airport. Bunch of useless rip off pricks. We will be demanding a refund and if that doesnt happen I will be pursuing further action. The public need to be aware of this incompetent, lying, thieving, bullcrap service and stay away. I also wanted to rate zero or a negative for these shammers.

If I could zero stars I would. DO NOT USE this irresponsible mob. Totally a joke and dodgy. Made a booking , made payment thinking all good. Got receipt with confirmation times etc. By chance I rang back cos their receipt showed to different make of car that I hired but was told by a grumpy old lady that there was no cars available. Started to blame me until I shut her down then realised it was their operators fault. 3 calls later, 3 promises of getting another car, 3 promises of call backs yet got ZILCH. Nothing. Had to finally request a refund by which I get some old grumpy male (who sounded like those dodgy businessmen) abuse me to say that he had to come back to do the refund as he was going home. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a company before. Dodgy, unprofessional. If only I reviewed them before I booked. Still waiting for the refund to hit my credit card. If it doesnt come I will go to fair trading and the police. Stay away!
