      The worst shuttle service I have ever come across. Late services. We had a flight to catch and the car was late by 30 minutes. Moreover the driver and the customer care providers were not responsive enough to any of our queries. Never use this company.

      If you want an on time courtious and reliable service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I agree with the other review that if i could rate it zero i would. Our travel agent provided this part of our itinerary so unusully i didnt review them beforehand, i wish i had. They were 30 minutes late on pick up at Melbourne airport and even then we got a contracted out driver who didnt even work for them. N way back a few days later we were greeted with a grumpy driver who simply said your booking was 0650, no good morning or anything. Granted we were about 9 minutes late however there is no need to be greeted that way, great way to finish our visit to a beautiful city.
