Make sure you are supplied with a disc of your artwork and you open all boxes and check all bundles before paying for your printing!!!!!!!!!

Our experience with BMP:

Bendigo Modern Press offered us what we consider substandard brochures, when we mentioned it to them, they told us the smudges on the brochures happened in transit, we are only 15 drive from their office to our base.

They even sent the managing director out to inspect the brochures and tell us that it was our fault and it happened in transit.

When we asked for a copy of the artwork we had paid them to do, they said they would post it out, but didn't, they just emailed a copy of the brochure that is not suitable for another printer to use.

When we asked for it again months later, their sales manager said"We have supplied a Print Ready Hi-Res file (with Bleed) on Disc thatwould be required and accepted by any other Digital or Offset PrintCompany as agreed after your meeting with our Managing Director. Our part of the agreement has been met and we are not in a position or obligated to supply any further artwork files for your use"

Our experience was of unprofessionalism, substandard printing, poor dispute resolution practices and poor customer service.
