Appalling place, please do not go here. I had SNS and the woman used a false nail to lever off my old SNS before I had to stop her as she had hurt me. Then she put on 2 layers of colour even tho I asked her for only one. She kept layering and layering my nails with gel (despite it being SNS) until the finished result was thick. A young woman called Linda tried to rectify the situation but in the end I came away with basically nude nails with a gel topcoat. I refused to pay the $60 which resulted in lots of arguing and shouting from the other women towards Linda who was having to interpret for me, this is extremely difficult when we don't speak the same language. I agreed to pay half, and it was starting to feel uncomfortable, the lovely Linda was trying her hardest. In the end I said I'd pay $40 which Linda accepted. I have never ever had such a painful and hideous experience at a nail bar before.
