Royal Hotel

just recently stayed with my daughter. we had no hot water from the sink which i informed them off but was not fixed. they didn't seem to care and was not bothered that i was not happy. the split system could not cope with the cold canberra nights and mornings so we were rugged up in our beds at night to keep warm. there was no towel rails to hang your towel to dry. the toilet roll holder was broken. Overall we were not very happy.
