They make nice cabinets. But that's where it stops. If you have visions of a new kitchen or bathroom - then you need to realise that Heiniger will ONLY make the cabinets. The rest is up to you to organise - tiling, painting, plastering, electrical, plumbing.

You pay for a premium service with an expectation of that famous Swiss precision and attention to detail - but you finish up with all the work being done by a couple of tradies and no oversight or even checking from the company's principal.

Heiniger Joinery would be good in a situation where they were working as part of a team supervised by an experienced builder. Someone else who can tie all the other trades together, organise to get them on site in the right order, and check at the end of the day that they have cleaned up their mess.
