Rainbow Beach Houseboats

No radio, no TV, but worst of all they tried to blame a dysfunctional Saniloo system (toilet) on us. On our last day returning to port At Carlo, the toilet overflowed in the Head ( bathroom) we did everything as instructed when using this system and concluded that the holding tanks didn't have enough capacity, every funds were paid in full after return, yet they waited until we had left and back on the road to Brisbane, when they called and requested we come back and help clean up the water. They made accusations that we misused this system and used the wrong toilet paper supplied. We sent emails to ask if they would explain exactly what happened and how this could of happened, and they never responded, in turn deducting monies from the bond deposit. The houseboat was poorly maintained, broken windows, windows leaking in rainy weather and we had to adjust the Instantaneous HWU as it was on the lowest setting and couldn't get any hot water, I'm a plumber, gasfitter, so i know what i'm talking about. I would say this MOB accuses customers of this sort of rot all the time. I am still waiting for a response from them, but I'm not holding my breath. Oh and we will be suing for the bond not refunded.
