Dreadful service. Staff constantly on vacation and emails not being answered, you are paying for a service then can't get any assistance when you need it. Don't bother emailing or trying to contact the MD of the company, he just doesn't reply.

Slow service, incompetent and slow agents, lack of attention to detail on work overseen by these guys. Escalated to owner of the company (via email on website) and he didn't even react. I think Alldis and Cox have tuned out.

Awful service, Strata manager never replies to emails, when he does its after numerous followups for answers and then he's rude as if we are bothering him. Save your money and go anywhere but Alldis & Cox.
