Diva Nails & Waxing

I am normally a regular at Diva Nails, often having manicures and pedicures there and after my experience today I most definitely will not be back and feel it is my duty to warn everyone! This afternoon I went in for a manicure and pedicure and was cut very badly by a younger boy who was removing the cuticle skin from around my toes. He quickly covered it and I didn't realise how bad and deep the cut was until I was sitting drying my toes (I should have known as it was very painful). When I went to the counter, I showed the lady what had happened and told her that I don't think I should be paying for the pedicure. She proceeded to use nail polish remover to remove the nail polish on my toe, saying "if you don't want to pay, I will remove the polish." This caused the wound to start bleeding again! I am so upset and shocked by this experience and the way they treat their (once) loyal customers. Will not be back.
