The worst customer service ever, they deserve NO stars. I pay Randwick Neswagency directly for newspapers to be delivered. On a regular basis I never receive. I am constanly calling to enquire about my NON deliveries. They put me in touch with a person named JIANG who deliveres on thre behalf (0412 912889). I constantly tell him to throw the paper onto my carport, which has never happened. PATHETIC/ USELESS
