Excellent business! Exceptional service!

My experience with Wooleys has been excellent! The repairman that came today was exceptional! His name was Robin. He was on time, very polite & friendly. He fixed the problem, was very skilled, honest & trustworthy. I highly recommend this business, will use them again & I'll ask for Robin!

Bad service

After spending $350 on repairs on my fridge, still not fixed , they asked further $680 to replace another part, are you serious? a brand new only cost $1000. They waste my money and time and refused to refund my money.

Be warned fellow consumers this company is incompetant and unethical as previously described from another consumer. After spending over 1/3 the cost price of a new replacement Fridge/Freezer I had to inform them that the Repair/Service was at fault as the Freezer did not operate as expected. Iceream was melting, food was beginning to defrost. A Service Attendant did attend and advised that the Freezer was working within the parameters expected and that they would forward on a diagnostic report. The company never forwarded on the diagnostic report and I fail to see how anyones expectation of a working freezer is one that does not freeze food items??? I have emailed several times to get a repair or refund which they have ignored. They texted out a time 12-3 to inspect the freezer, then at 2:42 called to advise that they would be 1/2hr to 1hr away, they then said they could make it within the 1/2hr, so I waited but they never showed up or provided any communication. Unbelievably poor service. Samsung should seek an alternative repair company because this gives Samsung a bad name.

Dont call close to closing time because they will simply hang up in you! Very unprofessional!
