On the 15th of July I wasn’t picked up.. paid $116 for them to get me, was left at Sydney international!!! Had to get back to Newcastle via a taxi and a train, more money spent! NOT GOOD ENOUGH! The company shut down!!! NO ONE TOLD ANYONE!!! They took money and ran!

I booked Hunter Connection Shuttle to take me home from Sydney International airport to Newcastle. This was booked and paid for, and I received a confirmation number along with instructions where to meet. They said I would be picked up between 6am and 6:30am.
I waited ... and waited ... and waited. I called them, but it only went to voicemail. I wondered if they were going to get me at all.
Eventually, at 6:54am the driver phoned and said he had only just hit the twin service stations at Wyong.
I decided to take the train. I received a call later from "Tom", who I assume is the manager. He just said blame the "minister for roads." I said while I can appreciate there may be traffic issues causing a delay, surely they can communicate with their paying customers. If they'd left a message when they first knew there was a delay anyone would be understanding. However, being left without knowing if someone is even coming is unreasonable and unprofessional. He told me nope, it's all the minister for roads fault and swore at me and hung up.
Wow ... don't use these guys ever if you want to get home.

I booked a return trip tp and from the cruise ship in Sydney which cost nearly $600. For that price i think they should of given us a direct trip to are destination but they took us an hour out of our way. I could of just got the xpt and been home not much after. Happy Caddy split the bus up so they didn'take us going the extra route and took us straight home. Im not impressed but on the good side the bus is clean and the driver is driving safely
