I am continually impressed with this florist, the ladies at Joanne's go above and beyond every single time I place an order. They are so welcoming and friendly and the quality of the flowers and longevity amazes me every single time. The freshest flowers in Canberra!!!



Price is great too - the ladies are happy to make something to your price point whether it be $15 to $150.

Does not deserve to be in business. Ordered flowers online to be delivered for my mum’s birthday, they were small despite me paying for premium and they were completely wilted when they arrived. No pride was taken in arranging these flowers - something that is at the very essence of being a florist. I rang the florist and was told they couldn’t help me and that I had to speak to interflora. The lady was rude and had no care that I was a dissatisfied customer - surely they would want feedback to improve for next time. In such tumultuous times with the year we have had you would think this business cares about quality and ensuring their customers are happy. I feel robbed by what they delivered and feel that it was a complete waste of $120! Avoid! Would not recommend.
