Brad identified issues and fixed quickly. Very professional - this guy knows his stuff!

Was sent a work order to check sewer lines by the body corporate manager in late 2024.

He never turned up. Turned up in August 2025 and found 5 broken sewer pipes. It's now the middle of November and still hasn't presented a quote to undertake the repairs. I don't understand why anyone would continue to use him.
