Unfortunately I used this company to property manage my home whilst I was away for a year.



What a mistake that was.



In my opinion there was a distinct and palpable lack of proactive property management skills and knowledge.



I certainly would never repeat my decision to use Kindred for property management and I would urge any other landlords for now or in the future to carefully consider an alternative provider for their needs.
