Very arrogant place to buy plants because they don't reply emails and keep silent. Now they can have all the plants for themselves. The plants they collected are now dirt cheap and no one wants any more.

Terrible customer service

Sent 2 emails, one through the website and one via my email. I placed an order and heard nothing back in a week.

I called today and was rudely spoken to and told they cannot send plants or take orders, they also don't have a current availability list. I was told they are a one person business and they can't do everything. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by trying to actually buy plants.

I was then told a very unconvincing sorry and phone slammed down on me. Wow. Maybe put it up on the website that you're not taking orders or at least send off a quick email to let potential buyers know.

Also put it up that you don't ship plants, it would save a lot of hassle. I would be fine if they didn't, it's just the way I was spoken to. No need for that. Very bad experience.
