Allied Express

Unfortunately zero stars isn't an option because that would better represent this companies customer service.



Had a delivery in December 2020 and provided the company with video footage of their driver carelessly swinging across driveway onto lawn and smashing an expensive laser light. Driver paused briefly and then continued on his way.



It is now March and still absolutely ZERO response from the company in regards to damages despite phone calls, emails regularly.



Zero care or responsibility should be the company motto.

We live in country SA in the Riverlands past the Mannum ferry a fair bit, and Allied Express Transport is one of the hand-full of couriers who really do take things right to our door, and do so promptly. They even do large & heavy items.

They have wonderful customer service, have never lost anything, and when we got our washing machine and freezer the driver even helped me put them in the house!

By comparison, TOLL/IPEC just leaves things off at some cooperative country business they use an an "unofficial depot" (god knows where) and never tells us; no note in the post, no phone call, nothing. Good luck.
