I purchased a scaffold from Showshine, and after using it only once, the base horizontal bars snapped, two of them at the same time, the owner told me i had incorrectly built the scaffold, I have been using these types of scaffold for over 30 years, this is the first time i have seen anything like this.

I have photos of the broken parts, Ben offered replacements, but I declined, he did refund the total cost and collected the scaffold.

I now have a scaffold from another company.

I would avoid buying from this company.
