This guy promised two layers of non-toxic water based finish, but sprayed the house with a foul smelling solvent product mixed with the water-based (a solvent product banned in Europe and full of hazardous chemicals). Also promised dust free sanding, but coated our house in dust. We have spent thousand re-doing the floor (the nails weren't even punched properly). His main skill appears to be making promises he won't deliver. Good luck getting this character on the phone after you have paid him. Described by a good tradie as "the most hillbilly floor job he ever saw".
