Lovely staff, amazing cuts. Won't trust anyone else with my hair now!

Very disappointing experience ,i made an appointment to get my hair coloured and a blow dry and had specifically asked for someone experienced with long hair and blow drys so i got a first year apprentice and my blow dry was bad and i have a small patch of hair in front hairline that was not coloured . I had a special night planned and would have been nice to have a nice blow dry.In future honesty is best policy especially when paying full price let the client know instead of passing of as experienced.
