Be careful in any business dealings with this guy. Paid this clown to fix a leaking roof now leaks worse then before. A shonky tradesman that does rough work that is overpriced that then needs to then be rectified by someone else. On top of that he doesn't pay his suppliers. Ended up having to chase this con man through the courts only getting lame excuses if I do get a response from him at all. Steer clear

Poor customer service. Rang this mobile to request a quote for a carport. Person made arrangements to attend next day but did not show up or contact to say he wasn't coming. Sent a text message indicating my disappointment with the 'no show' but instead of a reason got a fairly 'vile' reply from this business. This is not how you run a business and deal with your customers. This is not a complaint about product but about very poor customer service
