My customer experience is so bad that words fail me.

Do not deal with this company if you expect honesty, integrity, ethics, quality, value for money or basic courtesy and respect.

Keep your money in your pocket - tell your network and engage another company.

This company is a perfect example of what not to do. There units are old, damages and dirty. The staff are so un organised and super un professional. The demountable arrived so dirty and damaged, it took us 2 days to clean it. The roof was leaking and full of holes that we repaired at our own expense. The unit was not insulated to freezing cold at night, and boiling hot during the day. There were no fly screens on the windows as requested. We had to do some repairs to the walls and repainted the doors. The unit also came with its own colony of ants!!! These units are over priced for the condition they come in. When we requested to return the demountable it took them 2 months to respond. In fact they came an collected it after we stopped the direct debt from the bank end after 2 months of no response from phone calls getting voice mail and zero email response. We still have not gotten our deposit back or the over payment in direct debt payments for the months that were over charged. Their terms and conditions clearly stated a deposit of 4 weeks rent and that to return the demountable we just had to give them 24 hour notice in writing. Which we did. The fact that it took them 3 months to collect the unit, is not our issue. They also claiming painting the doors as vandalism, I guess fixing the holes in the leaking roof and walls is vandalism too. They claiming cleaning and door replacement expanse however even after these expenses they still owe over $600.00. They have sent us an email stating that they didn't start direct debiting us for 4 weeks after the lease started however when we match up the bank records the direct debt payments started one week after the unit was delivered. They are also claiming months of rental after the rental period had ended. After our experience with these people I would think twice before accepting well below stand of goods and services. I do not recommend or endorse this company.
