B4 LANDSCAPING RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL

Kodi Marriott owner of B4 landscaping and garden services. Requested we paid large portions of our quote prior to works being completed as this was the cost of materials. We paid this as there was also a contract done up and signed by both parties.

Kodi turned up for a day and half and has left our front and back yards in total disgrace. Absolute mud pits! Only delivering 3/4 the amount of stones needed and we had paid the deposit for the total of this, no under turf soil delivered or supplied and this was paid for upfront by us. Turf was delivered on a afternoon before 2 days of 30-60mls of rain was scheduled to be hitting, so Kodi came back and collected that but just never arranged another batch to be delivered and this was paid for by us upfront. A skip bin was sat out the front of our house for 3 weeks when Kodi said originally he doesn’t like skip bin’s out the front for more than 3 days.

After the huge rain downpour, we haven’t been able to contact Kodi. So for 2 weeks now he hasn’t returned our calls, our text messages, our emails have all gone unanswered. Clearly a landscaper that is happy sleeping at night knowing he’s ran off with our money and left our property in total disarray.
