Man with a Hernia

I have recommended Man with a Hernia to many people as they have always done a amazing job and they have always been cheap compared to there! I would highly recommend this business, you won’t be disappointed!

We have been highly disappointed by the unprofessional service we received with our move. Russell agreed that he would have 4 removalists complete our move, but only two attended. Moreover, all removalists left early without completing the move. As requested, we still provided agreed payment on this day. Reluctantly, we agreed for Russell to attend the property 3 days later to complete the move. This meant that we did not have a fridge or a washer/dryer for three days in our home. On the third day, Russell was uncooperative and rude on the phone, refusing to provide an estimated time of delivery. When Russell finally arrived, he was visibly annoyed, swearing and making innappropriate comments. After finally completing the move, Russell made no apology for the delay or the inconvenience it caused us, instead suggested we should have had to pay more! Ridiculous. We would not recommend Man with a Hernia.

NEVER use this service! Russell spent the day complaining and bullying us then didn't complete the job. He promised to come back yesterday, didn't turn up and when Isabel called, he swore at her. Disgusting behaviour!!!! We now have to fork out for another removalist to clean up his mess including a pile of books and articles contained in a cupboard that he threw on the ground before checking if the contents needed to be moved. His sidekicks were great and I don't know how such polite, friendly young men work with this rude, obnoxious man! Do yourself a favour, leave the man alone to tend to his hernia because he doesn't know how to deal with customers.
