Officeworks

Absolutely low class customer service. I ordered a large print and was supposed to pick up on a Monday. When I went there on Monday they said their printer was not working so they will let me know when my order is ready. I got a text on Wednesday night and went to pick it up on Thursday only to find out that they have mistaken my order number with somebody else's and my order has not been done yet. So the guy tells me that he will print it on the spot and tells me that it will be done in 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes I managed to catch attention of the man and asked him whether it will be done soon because they were making me late for my teaching job. He then casually checked the computer and says that apparently my file is corrupt and they cannot print it. They had to make me wait 1 week and make me late for my job to tell me this. I told this person that the file wasn't corrupt when they accepted it to print and he gave me a non-committal shrug. I don't know how they get any customer coming back with such low quality service. I know I am not setting my foot in this store anymore.

This Officeworks is quite good. The store is large and has stationery, office furniture and a printing department. There is also a very large car park which makes it convenient as Bridge Road can be difficult to park on. As with all Officeworks they have a return and refund policy which makes things easy if you change your mind.
