St Agnes Medical Centre

Very unhappy with their overall service , even ringing them up for an appointment is awful to be place on Hold with very loud Radio blurring into my ears

And there at this St Agnes medical centre they again have their annoying Radio on loud thus is unacceptable I go to medical centre for health to get better not to this loud Radio this us more of a nightclub then a medical centre and the woman at the reception is unfriendly and snobby she needs to turn off her Radio and also being on welfare we can not afford any appointments there they want too much money and won't accept cash I don't have plastic card looks like I won't be going their they make up lots of stuff so patients to go back there to pay more greedy medical centre it's obvious they don't care about patients health they want more money for the 5 minute appointments and medication too expensive

Whenever I've gone here have had to wait upto an hour. Today I enquired after an hour wait what is happening with my appointment. Had not booked me in even though I went through the book in procedure at the front desk. Very unhappy
