Poor services. A trouble shooting of a Win10 utility problem costed me $236. This was about $100 different from the quote given after their initial analytic test on the laptop.

Very happy, glad my friend recommended PC Medic. Was sweating on getting my new Macbook fixed after I spilt a full glass of water on it. A few days after dropping it into them, it was perfect, back to normal. I honestly thought my mac I had only bought weeks earlier wouldn't be revived. Great job, highly recommended.

Poor communications and customer service from this lot. Have to be chased up just to find they have done nothing after 2 weeks after undertaking a 3 day quote costing $ 45. I don't think they actually fix iPads themselves, send them out somewhere else.
Very hard work to deal with, suggest you avoid!
