On 11 November 2021, I contacted this company and explained that we had been experiencing picture pixilation, and black screens on our tv with a message telling us to check our antenna cable connection. The technician that came out told me that my tv problems would be rectified if I purchased a new TV antenna and 2 new splitters which would be installed for me at a cost of $759.00. I was further advised that this service came with a 10 year guarantee. After new antenna installed and various items replaced the problem was not resolved.They refused to refund me as they sold me a product that was not fit for purpose and have now referred to Consumer Affairs Victoria.
