      Ringwood Prestige and especially Raymond come through again with excellent service

      Had a serious issue with my car, Raymond personally set aside his time to deal with the issue, he didn’t charge me for the rectification, as I am a valued customer. This type of customer care rarely exists these days. Thank you to the Ringwood Prestige team,and especially Raymond!

      poor customer service

      dropped my smart car early so they could have it all day, priority 1 fix the cruise control, 2 fix the radio, 3 a service. Car not ready till 3.30, told they didn't get around to doing the cruise control, not enough time !, radio not fixed, no attempt to remove it, service done. that's one out of three.
