We had booked 2 concrete trucks for our pool footings, these trucks were booked in for 10.45 am and the second to arrive 25 minutes later.

They were very specific on the phone that they would be charging me if they were held up and would back charge for every 5 minutes after the initial 30 minutes.

I understand that a truck can arrive a few minutes late but when it comes to pouring concrete, you have the line pump team booked, they are there for a total of 2 hours only and they also charge for every 5 minutes after that time

Not only did the first truck arrive at 11.55, over 1 hour and 19 minutes late , there was no prior communication, the first text arrived to me after 19.45 indicating they had only just loaded the mix!!

The second truck then did not arrive until 12.40 pm, this truck should have been here at 11.10am.

There was no apology, the fact is that not only did this incite hundreds of extra dollars for me to keep the line pump here this out every one behind.

Their lack of accountability and organisation in this building industry is unacceptable and I will not be using them for the next 3 jobs we have.
