BP

I just wanted to let you know that I just went to a BP Gas station in Riverwood/Peakhurst NSW right opposite the Police Station ..

I am still shocked that the attendant refused to take coins for my fuel he was so rude amd raised his voice at me once I asked to speak to the manager amd literally yelled at me GET OUT..!!!

I can’t believe it he said give me a card or a note I don’t want coins and began to verbally abuse me so ofcoarse I did in return tell him that I will make sure management will hear about this..!!!

I al shocked at the service of this gas station it’s not the first time I’ve had bad customer

Service here but this was icing on the cake..!!!

I’d like a response please this is not acceptable and the worst customer service ever I would like to know why BP is refusing coins to it for their fuel because it’s a 2 second inconvenience to the attendant to count..!!??
