I would put 0 star if there's an option, the company is false, misleading and deceptive. In many of Lawrence's seminars, he advertised a free assessment for tax depreciation schedule, however, upon the initial assessment of our property, even without engaging his tax report services, he has charged us $500 invoice for the 'free assessment'. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
