I took my 60yr old small leather writing case to Jeff at Multiservices Robina to get it renovated so I could gift it to my 8yr old granddaughter who has just started writing. It took a bit of time to get it right and eventually Jeff & I agreed to dye it black to cover some of the wear and tear of the years of use- it looks amazing now Jeff and Aaron have done a great job and given it new life which I'm sure my grandaughter will love. Jeff did as he promised and brought it back to life, he was very approachable and took pride in giving customer satisfaction, I would certainly recommend Jeff and his team to others. John was very knowledgeable and showed me a couple of different options for repairing the soles of my old RM Williams boots. I received a call the next morning saying they were ready. When I went to pick them up, John showed me that due to the condition of the boots they replaced the entire sole, at no extra cost. Very professional-looking, and they also polished the boots too; very impressed!

The worst customer services I have ever experienced. Left my luggage to fix a broken wheel, they never fixed it. 3 months later I had to go back to pick-up unfixed, to take it somewhere else.they were extreextremely rude, refused to give my refund and told me to shut up. Jeff and Cowen are very incompetent.

The multiservice trading store sold me a remote control garage for $80. After a half hour, I found the same remote control at Bunnings for $30. I immediately returned to this store and requested the price to be adjusted or the remote control returned. Yet, they refused to accept the return (despite the fact that the remote control's package hadn't been opened and it had been two hours since I purchased it). So, they did not adjust the price or refund and I had to keep the $80 remote control. It was my first shopping in this store and will be my last shopping. This store is unfair and expensive, so I do not recommend it to anyone.
