Robina 7 Day Doctors & Acupuncture Bulk Bill

I've been quite a few times for acupuncture and to see my GP. Every single time the staff have been really lovely and so friendly. The Doctor actually seemed like he cared and I was bulk billed !! can't get any better. Thank you Robina 7 Day Doctors for playing such a vital role in the recovery of my aches and pains and looking after me for so long now. Would thoroughly recommend your services to all :)

Worst waiting times I have ever experienced! I waited 55mins over my appointment time today to be told there was still another person in front of me and that I had been booked with the wrong doctor! So now I have to go bak tomorrow! I was also there on Thursday and waited 45mins over my appointment time never any apologies! I have been there now as a patient for over 2 years and in the 7 appointments I have had in this time I have always been made to wait a minimum of 30mins over my appointment time. Once while pregnant I waited 1 hour 15 over! Have learnt my lesson now and am transferring to another medical centre! While there today 2 other patients where having a go at the manger for being made to wait so long. Would not recommend going here at all.
