First Class Cleaning

I had sam and the team come to my house for a carpet clean and they left the place dirtier than it was. Broke my electric garage door. Cost me more $$$ in the long run. Called sam to come fix the carpet as there was still a mark on the ground and sam says its permanent but i picked the mark out with my hands. Wondering if he actually did any work at all?

So rude. I hope her cleaning isn't as bad as her lack of telephone etiquette. If you can't even be polite over the phone- you don't deserve my business. Learn some manners.
