Keating Michael Dr

Dr Keating likes the authority of being a doctor. His elderly patients no doubt adore him. I found him lecturing, condescending and a little rude. On two occasions I have witnessed his lack of organising jab administration efficiently for patients. During The COVID crisis and most recently with the flu vaccine where my husband and myself turned up for our scheduled appointment only to find that 26 people were still waiting to be attended to. Sorry not acceptable. This review is no reflection on the other doctors at City Heart Medical.
