The venue is nice enough for most events, but the staff are blatant liars, very improffessional and extremely rude to kids and their parents, I understand you have rules, but ask nicely, don't ever yell at your customers. Foul customer service and I was not pleased the way my son and partner were treated, as well as the other parents that night. Would only recommend without their current staff.
